1. What Esport Adria Social Tool is

Esport Adria Social Tool ("SocialTool") is a social media scheduling and publishing tool operated by EsportAdria. Teams use it to plan content, publish it to their own social media accounts through the platforms' official APIs, and review how that content performs. It is in early access: accounts are set up by EsportAdria on request.

2. Who may use it

Access requires an account created by an administrator during onboarding. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.

3. Platform terms

Content published through SocialTool is delivered via the official APIs of the connected platforms. By using SocialTool you also agree to comply with the terms of each connected platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the X Terms of Service and Automation Rules, the Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok Terms of Service, and the Discord Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

SocialTool must not be used to publish unlawful content, spam, undisclosed advertising, or content that violates a connected platform's community guidelines. Commercial content must be disclosed using the tool's disclosure options where a platform requires it.

5. Availability and liability

The tool is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. EsportAdria is not liable for content delays, publishing failures, or changes imposed by the connected platforms' APIs.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
