Esport Adria Social Tool

A social media publishing panel for teams, clubs, and creators. Plan a week of content in one calendar, publish it to your team's accounts at the minute you choose, and read what came back, without opening six apps.

Built and operated by EsportAdria, who produce esports broadcasts and competitions across the Adriatic region. That is why the panel is shaped around a match calendar rather than a marketing funnel: it is built for people publishing against a schedule somebody else sets.

One scheduled post

Match day. Doors open at 18:00.

What it does

One calendar, six networks, no copy and paste

Everything below is a screen in the panel, not a roadmap item.

Plan

Compose once, pick the accounts, and see the whole month in a calendar. Each network gets its own caption when it needs one, and the composer counts characters the way that network counts them.

Publish

The queue fires at the scheduled minute through each platform’s official API. Every target carries its own status, so a post that lands on four networks and fails on the fifth tells you which one, and why.

Follow up

Comments and mentions from your accounts land in one inbox. Views, likes, comments, and follower counts are gathered per post and per account, so a caption that worked is a number and not a hunch.

See every screen in the panel, or read how a post gets published.

Networks

Six networks, each on its own terms

No network is treated as a generic endpoint. What each one accepts, and what publishing to it actually means, is different, and the panel says so before you schedule rather than after.

  • X

    Posts and threads

Text, photos, a video or a GIF, with alt text. X has no scheduling API for any client, so the panel holds the post and sends it at your minute.
  • Facebook

    Page posts, Reels, and Stories

Photos, videos, and Reels to a Page you manage, with an optional first comment. Facebook is the one network that will hold a scheduled post itself.
  • Instagram

    Feed, carousels, Reels, and Stories

Photo carousels and Reels to a professional account, with an optional first comment.
  • TikTok

    Video, posted or drafted

A scheduled video either posts to the account with the privacy you chose in the composer, or arrives in that account's TikTok inbox as a draft to finish in the app. Your choice, per install.
  • YouTube

    Uploads and Shorts

The video is uploaded with its title, description, and tags, then made public or left unlisted at the time you set.
  • Discord

    Announcements to a channel

The same post, with its files, to the channel your community already watches.

What each network accepts, in detail.

Getting access

SocialTool is in early access, and we onboard teams one at a time so that each network is connected properly. Tell us which channels you run and we will set your team up.

How the tool handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
