Tell us what happened and we will get to it
SocialTool is operated by EsportAdria. Everything, questions, faults, access requests, and data requests, comes to us through one form, so nothing waits in an inbox nobody owns.
Contact
The contact form at adria.gg/contact. Say that it is about SocialTool and it reaches the right people.
Data requests
Access, correction, or deletion of your data, through the same form. We answer within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy says.
Before you write
What to send us
A post that failed already carries its own explanation, so the fastest first move is to open it.
- The link to the post inside the panel, which identifies it exactly.
- Which account it was going to, and the time it was scheduled for.
- What the panel said. Every attempt keeps the network's own reason, translated, on the post's page.
- What you expected instead, if it is not obvious.
Common situations
Things worth checking first
Most of what looks like a fault is one of these six, and every one of them you can settle without us.
Failed post
One account failed, the rest went out
That is the design: each account is published separately and carries its own status. Open the post, read the reason on the account that failed, fix the cause, and retry that one. The accounts that succeeded are untouched.
Reconnect
An account says it needs reconnecting
A platform has revoked the access it granted, usually after a password change, a permission being removed, or the account's own review. Nothing is wrong with the post. An admin reconnects the account on Connections and the queue carries on.
TikTok
The video is not on the profile
Look in the TikTok app's inbox first. Until TikTok's Content Posting audit has passed for an install, every scheduled video is delivered privately as a draft for someone to finish there. Once it has passed, an admin turns that on in Settings and videos post directly.
YouTube
The upload is private
Same shape. While YouTube's API compliance audit is open, uploads land private and wait for a person to publish them in YouTube Studio. An admin records the approval in Settings when it arrives.
Instagram
Instagram refused the post
Two usual causes. The account is not a professional (Business or Creator) account, which is the only kind Meta permits any tool to publish to; or the account has used up the number of API posts Meta allows it in a rolling day, in which case the queue is fine and the time is not.
Inbox
Nothing new in the inbox
Ask for a fetch and give it a minute or two: the work is queued and the next sweep picks it up. Discord is not in that list because it sweeps on its own five-minute cadence, and X is not because every read from X costs money and is spent on a schedule instead. TikTok never appears at all, because TikTok offers no API for reading comments.
Leaving, and taking your data with you
Disconnect an account on Connections at any time: its stored access is deleted immediately, and the content and metrics read from it go with the connection. Insights exports as CSV, so the numbers can leave before the account does. To have everything removed, ask through the form.
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are the authoritative versions of all of this.
Reviewing this app for a platform?
Ask through the same form and we will set up a test account with connected sandbox channels, plus a walkthrough of whichever flow you need to see. We would rather answer a question than have you guess at a screenshot.
How it works is the shortest route to what the app does with each API, and Networks breaks it down per platform, including what we deliberately do not do.
